    I ordered my wedding dress and veil in November, for my September 2017 wedding. It is now July 8, and the dress is STILL not in. I have called at least three times over the past few months to coordinate a pick up time, as I live in upstate New York. Each time, they have apologized for it not being in yet, but "it's out of their hands." They will accept zero responsibility for the late shipment of my dress, and I have yet to speak with a manager about the issue. When I asked for a cancellation/refund (because it is now too late for me to wear the dress with appropriate time for alterations), the employee said, "you can speak with a manager, but I'm telling you it won't work." I am very disappointed with customer service and would highly discourage anyone from shopping here.
